He frequently appeared as a villain in cartoons and video games, and wears a helmet and skirt. He first appeared in 1948 in "Haredevil Hare".

Boo-Boo was a, smaller, anthropomorphic bear who always wore a blue bowtie.
I always thought Boo Boo was Yogi Bears son but apparently Boo-Boo is more of a BFF, constant companion! He often acted as his conscience.
